Burned weed releases carcinogens so it can indeed lead to all types of problems. Vaporizing would be a much better method than smoking. If you smoke often like everyday marijuana will cause lung problems. The studies don't even say it doesn't cause lung damage they say "doesn't cause significant lung damage" and that's for occasional use. Just vaporize. There are more anti-carcinogens in weed than there are carcinogens. And it's never been proven or known to cause lung cancer or problems* of any kind. The most harm from smoking bud usually comes from the paper or butane lighter. That's why I use hemp to smoke.
